South Forest Beach

Forest Beach consists of North Forest Beach and South Forest Beach, which are the two miles of shoreline that begin at the Ocean Gate of Sea Pines Plantation and end on the cul-de-sac at the Crowne Plaza Resort.

South Forest Beach is the one mile stretch of Oceanfront and Ocean Oriented land that begins at Coligny Circle and continues south to the Ocean Gate of Sea Pines Plantation. Many Islanders would agree that this is the best shoreline on Hilton Head Island. It consists of Oceanfront and Ocean Oriented multi-family rental properties, as well as Oceanfront and Ocean Oriented single family homes. The Oceanfront homes of South Forest Beach enjoy some distance the Ocean. This distance between the homes and the Ocean gives the area a very quaint and private feeling.

Marriott Grand Ocean has a timeshare complex located ? way down the beach which separates the Oceanfront multi-family villas and the single family residences. Some of the multi-family Oceanfront villa complexes are Ocean One Villas, Hilton Head Beach Villas, Ocean Club Villas, Sea Side Villas and Shorewood Villas, to name a few. Their prices range from $500,000 to close to two million dollars.
